 From flight attendant to property investor and registered builder, Cheyanne is a property investment guru with experience, passion, integrity and instinct.
Cheyanne’s life story is not unlike that of many people who have forged successful careers through property investment. Her cliché, “rags to riches” journey has endured despair, embraced inspiration and celebrated triumph.
Cheyanne’s foray into adulthood was fraught with all the trappings of a young woman void of financial understanding and accountability. From the end of her teen years, to well into her twenties, Cheyanne progressively amassed a “plastic” debt in excess of $50,000. Her deck of (credit) cards was exhausted and the meagre wage she earned from week to week did little to satisfy monthly repayments of any kind. She could no longer afford her one bedroom apartment in one of Melbourne’s premier suburbs, and subsequently moved into her Grandmothers home where she lived for two years.

 During this time , Cheyanne sort advice and education at very available opportunity. Her every thought and action was directed at meaningful strategies, designed to minimise the impact that her once extravagant spending was having on her finances and personal life. Although a protracted experience, Cheyanne managed to repay her creditors in just over 22 months.
Since debt reduction and financial control were at the nexus of her agenda, Cheyanne was careful when choosing the “financial vehicle”, with which she would create success and wealth. Cheyanne bought countless books and magazines with a view to understanding the “art of making money”. She attended seminars and workshops Australia wide, joined groups, subscribed to newsletters and networked with people hungry for knowledge and wealth. It was this journey of financial discovery and education that ultimately gave her the confidence to re-invent her financial life as a property investor.

 Four long years after facing near bankruptcy, Cheyanne purchased her first investment property. Six months later, after a moderate renovation, she sold it for a massive $145,000 profit. This was the beginning of what has become an incredible array of property deals.
Today, Cheyanne enjoys an impressive property portfolio. Her hands-on approach to renovating and development ensures that her every acquisition receives the effort and attention to detail it needs to achieve financial success. It is for this reason and many others that she has earned the moniker, ’the Reno Chick’.
Cheyanne is an inspiration to all who dream of success and wealth through property. Not only has she “been there and done it”, she’s “here and doing it”. Cheyanne’s interest in property extends beyond renovating for profit. Her time on the tools now shares equal billing with her passion for educating others.
